Trialpack Robotic Blister Filling is a highly flexible, fully automatic packaging solution for mixed product blister packs. It is based on Pentapack's CT and BP range of thermoformers with a pick and place robot and a product independent feeding system. It permits the safe and controlled packaging of blisters comprising four different products in a freely programmable pattern. Exceptional flexibility, process safety and fast and easy set-up for the small batch sizes typical of clinical trials were the design parameters, along with keeping special tooling at a minimum.	Trialpack Automatic Multiproduct Blister Filling is a high-throughput, fully automatic blister packaging solution purpose designed for clinical supplies based on an extended version of Fleximation's Trialpack PC Controller and Pentapack's BP and CT thermoformers. It permits the safe and controlled packaging of blisters comprising two to four different products in a freely programmable pattern. Exceptional packing flexibility with high output while maintaining high process safety were the design parameters.	The Trialpack PC Controller is a PC based hardware/software combination to control a Pentapack EAS/CT/BP unit dose blister machine adding higher format flexibility, a software shift register, automatic production data recording, thermal transfer printer control and powerful optional filling verfication through a camera system. It is also retrofitable to earlier Klockner EAS type thermoformers.	Trialpack Designer II is an easy to use and powerful tool to design blister packs and cards for clinical trials. It is well suited to design packages for complex blinded trials such as dosage titrations, double dummy and cross-over trials. It complies with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and connects to Fleximation's Trialpack range of automatic packaging systems and the Trialpack PC Controller.
