• Trialpack 640 - Robot Blister Packaging System for Clinical Trials
  Trialpack 640 is a fully automatic packaging system for mixed product blister packs based on a robot/vision system combination and Pentapack's CT thermoformer. It permits the safe and controlled packaging of blisters comprising four different products in a freely programmable pattern. Exceptional flexibility, process safety and fast and easy set-up for the small batch sizes typical of clinical trials were the design parameters, along with keeping special tooling at a minimum.

  Trialpack 700 is is a fully automatic blister packaging system purpose designed for clinical supplies based on an extended version of Fleximation's Trialpack PC Controller and Pentapack's CT thermoformer. It permits the safe and controlled packaging of blisters comprising two different products in a freely programmable pattern. Exceptional flexibility with high output while maintaining process safety were the design parameters.
• Trialpack PC Controller - Advanced Controller for the Pentapack EAS Blistermachine
  The Trialpack PC controller is a PC based hardware/software combination to control a Pentapack EAS/CT unit dose blister machine adding more format flexibilty, a software shift register and automatic production data recording, thermal transfer printer control and a powerful optional filling verfication through a colour camera system.
• Trialpack Designer II - Blister Pack Design Software for Clinical Trials
  Trialpack Designer II is an easy to use and powerful tool to design blister packs and cards for clinical trials. It is well suited to design packages for complex blinded trials such as dosage titrations, double dummy and cross-over trials. It fully complies with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11.
