Zurich- 29. December 1997. Fleximation has delivered and installed a new Trialpack 600 system for a major Scandinavian pharmaceutical company.

Four feeders permit handling of up to four different products as required for example for placebo controlled double dummy trials. The system is operated from a single terminal through an easy to use graphical user interface. The same user friendly Microsoft Windows based software is used to set up the system as for the other Trialpack models.

A vacuum operated gipper is used to pick products from the four feeders. The vacuum is constantly checked during the pick and place process. In addition an integrated vision system provides on-line quality control of the filling process for each individual product giving maximum accountability.
