Comparing Trialpack Models
Flexibility
Trialpack 600 - Robot Blister Packaging System
Trialpack 600 uses a highly flexible feeding system with camera based identification of the products to be packaged. No product specifc format parts are required and up to four different products can be filled into a blister pack.
Trialpack 700 - Controlled Dosing Blister Packaging System
The controlled dosing system uses product specific format parts to permit fast filling of two different products into a blister.
Output Capacity
Trialpack 600 - Robot Blister Packaging System
The handling capability of the robot arm is determining the output of the system. Therefore the blister output depends on the number of products per blister. Assuming a blister layout with a product matrix of 4x7 to allow a 4 week one product per day treatment, the robot arm will handle approx. 60 products per minute resulting in an output of approximately 125 blisters per hour.
Trialpack 700 - Controlled Dosing Blister Packaging System
The controlled dosing system operates at every blister machine cycle. Hence the blister output depends on the number of rows per blister. Assuming the same blister layout with a product matrix of 4x7, the blister machine will turn at up to 60 cycles per minute resulting in an output of approximately 500 blisters per hour.
