Flexible Online Printing System for Trialpack Commissioned

Fleximation has recently commissioned the first Trialpack 600 system with a Trialprint on-line printing system for a US customer.

Trialprint is an optional printing system that permits printing on both sides of the blister cover foil and blister specific labelling using thermal transfer printing technology.

Easy definition of the print image using Trialpack Designer software

On-line printing on the cover foil on the full blister area

Trialpack with Trialprint is another significant step to facilitate the creation of clinical supplies blister packs for better patient compliance. These blister packs are suited to replace most of the expensive blister card type packages commonly used for clinical trials. Trialpack with Trialprint is transforming the production of fully labelled blister packs with multiple products into a one step process. The result are significantly reduced labor costs and lead times.
